Im Falle einer "Nichtanreise" (non-show) werden Sie 100% mit dem gesamten Buchungsbetrag belastet.
Ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να ακυρώσει χωρίς χρέωση μέχρι 21 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη.
Ο επισκέπτης θα χρεωθεί το 50% της συνολικής τιμής της κράτησης εαν ακυρώσει εντός 21 ημερών πριν την άφιξη.
Εαν ο επισκέπτης δεν εμφανιστεί (non show), θα χρεωθεί τη συνολική τιμή της κράτησης.
Kindly note that from 01-01-2018, the residence tax which is 1,50€ per room per night set by the provisions of article 53 of law 4389/2016.
The tax will be charged in each case to the guest-resident and it is not included in the room rate!
Why do I have to pay:
The tax is something new and specifically aimed at tourists.
It’s a cost beyond our control.
It’s a government imposed tax that has to be paid when you stay in accommodation in Greece.
We understand this cost is something you probably weren’t expecting to pay and we are sorry the Government has decided to bring this in so quickly.
Από 01/01/2018 τίθεται σε ισχύ ο φόρος διαμονής 1,50€ ανά διανυκτέρευση που θεσπίστηκε με τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 53 του ν. 4389/2016.
Ο φόρος θα βαρύνει σε κάθε περίπτωση τον ταξιδιώτη διαμένοντα του δωματίου και δεν περιλαμβάνεται στην τιμή του δωματίου.
